I currently serve as the Director of Business Development at In Tandem. At In Tandem, we're on a mission to create transformational change in the world, by connecting teens with organizations to co-create innovative and impactful products, programs, and experiences. My role revolves around owning partnership acquisitions—from uncovering promising leads to making that first meaningful impact.I truly believe that the most successful partnerships are those rooted in genuine relationships. Previous to In Tandem, I was a part of Character Lab, where I led the CLIP program, contributed to the Research Partnerships and Infrastructure team, and eventually joined the Growth Team. Before entering the world of nonprofit work, I was a teacher in the KIPP Colorado Charter system, teaching both Kindergarten and Fifth Grade Science.
