This internship allows me to work alongside experienced Program Managers affording me hands-on experience in the following disciplines: • Sprint/Stream Management • Strategic Planning & Control • Risk Assessment and MitigationAchievements • Streamlined the Program Manager’s activities by 40+ hours monthly through the creation of templates for reporting purposes.

Co-led the Student Opportunities Task Force to successfully establish the online-based Guild Opportunity Hub.• Connected 350+ UWI students to internships, scholarships, and job opportunities• Remotely piloted a group of 7 final-year students to search for and publish opportunities for the UWI community on a weekly basis.

Enhanced the University Main Library’s smooth operation for at least 9 hours per week by:• Providing technical support, and information to cater to students’ spoken and unspoken needs;• Outlining defective computer systems throughout the Main Library;• Expediting the Library's operations by assisting with student research queries and printing operations.

• Successfully planned and executed a fund-raising event for 700+ patrons to purchase equipment for the school• Led weekly meetings to build school spirit• Engaged over 60 students on a daily basis, briefing them on school regulations
