- Managing technical footwear product creation: Ensuring the footwear is fit for purpose, meeting design, performance and costing targets, whilst fulfilling the brands sustainability goals- Led the creation of internal last development guidelines- Driving projects through biomechanical and technical insight to establish, develop and validate the brands current and future performance footwear- Established and managed the Athlete Testing protocols and processes to validate performance footwear, technologies and materials- Actively working to enhance the sustainability of Lacoste footwear, collaborating across internal teams, factories and suppliers to successfully achieve & exceed the brands sustainability goals
