I have over 13 years of experience across scientific research and the tech industry. For 10 years, I was part of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration, where I worked on analyzing gravitational-wave detectors and subsystems, identifying environmental and instrumental noise sources, calibrating instruments, and managing control systems. I also coordinated projects and collaborated with a large, international team of scientists, engineers, and educators.For the past 3 years, I’ve been a machine learning engineer at a computer graphics company. My role focuses on designing and implementing machine learning pipelines, running experiments, and conducting extensive data analysis. I enjoy solving complex problems by applying creativity and first principles thinking. I work primarily with Python, have a strong foundation in mathematics. Additionally, I’m familiar with agile methodologies and thrive in collaborative, flexible work environments.
