I work with a number of SMEs helping them to develop a vision and plan for growth. Having built and sold a successful marketing agency I have been through the process of growing and building a company to the point of exit.

Non executive director advising on strategy and marketing communications. Wiltshire Wildlife Community Energy is an independent not for profit community benefit company working to support zero carbon initiatives. They develop renewable energy projects and enhance wildlife habitats and biodiversity. Surplus funds generated by solar farms are used to fund community projects.

Responsible for the successful development and growth of the Agency including New Business.Tesco: We have worked with Tesco for over 15 years and have supported the launch of new brands such as Free From, Wholefoods and Gi. Tesco Free From grew by 18% in 2016.Britvic: We developed the launch campaign for Fruit Shoot in the USA and have also worked on a range of brands in the UK from Lipton Ice Tea to Gatorade.Homebase: We have worked with Homebase on multi - channel campaigns designed to drive sales online as well as in store. Multi - channel sales increased to 8% of total sales resulting in a 5% increase in net profit.Basic American Foods: We work with this US company on brand positioning, packaging design and activation. We are also currently working for Exaclair, Kaymed and Henry Schein.I also act as a non - executive director and mentor for a number of SMEs advising them on growth strategies and exit plans.

Responsibility for existing accounts such as Tesco as well as New Business acquisition.

Directed the growth of WDPA from a start up to billings of over £2m. Responsible for winning and account directing clients including Tesco, Colgate and ABF. Successful trade sale to Souk in 2005 where I continued working until January 2007
