Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; • Providing analysis on all matters of potential financial impact under relevant business activities particularly in costing, profitability, product lines evaluation, cash generations and ideal utilization of funds;• Supervise the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of all financial data internally or externally taking into consideration revenues, expenditures, and net assets based on past and present operations. • Prepare cash flow projections, review and plan cash outflow and investment activity.• Report, analyze, and follow-up of suggested improvements for management and financial processes • Direct involvement with the CEO • Direct involvement with banks, suppliers, auditors and Public administration

 Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual reports as financial statements and KPI’s. Preparation of monthly and annual rolling budgets and cash flow projections. Management of Staff in Accounting (6) & General Admin Department (3), incl. staff-training. Coordination and execution of annual External Audits and periodic Internal Audits Implement and assist in the development, review and maintenance of policies for the company. review and analysis of operating results and the development and implementation of long and short term financial plans Analyzing and interpreting statistical and accounting information for management decision making. Treasury activities including banking relations, financing, cash flow management and foreign currency exposure management Financial due diligence on all proposed mergers or acquisitions. Participate in shareholders relevant meetings

 Set new accounting system (Tally). Supervises account receivable, account payable, personnel, sales and purchases of raw materials. Responsible for overseeing accounting procedures, internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing). Audit work to assure that all accounting transactions are compliant with taxes regulations. Open letter of credit and follow up with banks on all related charges. Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet and trial balance and statement of cash flow. Revaluation of fixed assets of the company with correct computation of depreciation. Set pricing and credit policy in coordination with the sales manager and the general manager.
