The training period covered important design concepts and utilization, Such as: - Mastering industrial 3D modelling software "SolidWorks " (2D/3D). - Applying codes and standards, Materials selection decisions, BOM - Machining, Welding and fabrication, Metal sheet work Processes - Spare Parts, Consumables, and Supplies Definition, Classification and Cataloguing

1. Supervise and coordinate work assignments for approximately 20 personal, Include Machinists, Welders, Sheet metal Fabricator.2. Create and maintain a fabrication shop workload/ Manpower Schedule to meet or exceed required delivery dates with flexibility for emergency work.3. Studying drawing, Plans and parameters.4. Inspection of Fabricated and Machining Components with special precision instruments like Vernier caliper, Micrometer, bore gauge, dial gauge, hardness tester, dumpy level, Theodolite.8. Improving Workplace reliability through autonomous maintenance activities & 5S methodology and provide relevant training to the Workshops team.9. Implementation of the ISO 9001 system.

Coordinate production targets, maintain equipment for quality output, minimize downtime, conduct mold tests, design injection molding parts, and manage parts acquisition

1. Design Spare Parts, Consumables, & Equipment's for Steel Bar Rolling Mill Production Line.2. Re-Draw Q-Panels and water-cooled elements for EAFs, LF, and CCM, and Fabricated/Machined Spare Parts of Steel Melting Plant3. Redesigning of machines part and sheet drawing.4. Standardizing items, engineering studies and project designing.5. Provide technical support for the maintenance department (machines drawing sheet reading, assembly & disassembly way of parts, choosing oil grade & grease….) depending on standard specification.6. Coordinate with the purchase department for accurate specifications and oversee the reception of imported items, generating detailed technical reports.
