Within my current position I am responsible for overseeing a team of 19 staff. We are an Processing & Business Support Team who manage the customer relationship from point of order through to invoicing of multiple revenue streams and ongoing customer support. I review potential liability issues from data that is processed and complete internal audits on each advisor. I also complete customer disputes and raise/approve credits if necessary.

Within this position I was responsible for handling enquiries effectively, efficiently and maintaining strong relations with the customer. This also includes liaising with the drivers and other depots on a regular basis. My duties also included order entry, performing daily reports to advise customers of any previous day failures and ensure that today’s deliveries are planned. I also run daily and weekly KPI's in regards to the order entry volumes.

Within this position I was responsible for importing and exporting clothing items. We were given a budget to purchase the stock in order to complete the orders in the UK. My duties were dealing with customers and suppliers face to face and over the telephone. Order entry onto the system. Calculating the stock levels within the UK. Making sure the orders will complete on the completion date specified and making sure we had enough stock to cover regular orders and roll outs for numerous different companies.
