As a leader, I aspire to establish a school culture and climate that is conducive to student learning and socialization. I plan to develop teachers’ and staff members' professional knowledge through differentiated learning and growth opportunities that are guided by professional development. It is imperative that all teachers have the necessary materials and resources to provide high quality instruction to address the specific needs of each student. It is my goal to create a positive, achievement focused school culture for teachers, staff, and students. Previous Job Experiences Special Education Coordinator- I supervised educators to support and provide them guidance with special education processes and procedures. I administer educational testing to aid in determining eligibility to identify students who have a disability.Behavior Consultant-I supported and collaborated with administrators and staff to provide resources and interventions to enhance student enrichment. I have planned, designed, and implemented various academic and behavioral interventions and strategies to improve overall student achievement. Additionally, I have conducted functional behavior assessments, implemented behavior intervention plans, and led manifestation determination reviews.
