Clinician provided intensive home based therapeutic interventions and support services in collaboration with a Senior Clinician to families whose children and/or adolescents or adults meet the criteria for entrance into services.Therapeutic services were tailored to the specific needs of the individual/family and varied depending upon the needs and progress of the individual/family. Clinician implemented clinically sound services to enable the child or adult to be maintained in his/her home environment and to function appropriately in the least restrictive environment deemed medically necessary in accordance with the current Medical Assistance Program. Clinician responsible for complying with all PA State, County, managed care,and departmental paperwork expectations. Clinician additionally met departmental productivity standards as required by Every Child Inc.
