-Contracted to the Certificate of Need Program in the Michigan Department of Community Health.-Instruct facility administrators on how to complete Annual Survey through webinars and phone calls-Analyze data on Certificate of Need Annual Survey for all Michigan health facilities. Through this data the Certificate of Need Program is able to calculate health service need in Michigan communities. The data is also linked to a maping system developed by the department to show available services in each county of the state.-Gather, review, and report data on Michigan health facilities. - Follow up with administration and call professionals to coordinate data corrections-Provide feedback on facility progress to Michigan Department of Community Health
