-Attended class twice a week to assist with a lecture of 300+ students-Ran collaborative learning sessions twice a week to help students with questions about homework and class concepts-Proctored exams to ensure there is no academic misconduct

-Advocated for the needs of students to campus administrators and the Dean's Cabinet of Student Leaders-Assisted administrators in Recreational Sports with presenting to the Committee for Fee Review-Led and supervised meetings of the Association, as well as represented the Association to the Campus Recreational Sports Advisory Board

-Studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina-Improved my Spanish skills through immersion and by taking classes at the CIEE Institute in Buenos Aires-Explored the culture, art, and history of the city

-Met with administrators to advocate for student needs-Collaborated with other executive directors to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the area of campus health and wellbeing-Delegated projects to my committee members-Mentored my interns by helping them develop leadership skills and experience in policy research

-Analyzed IU's current Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct policies and made recommendations to improve and clarify those policies-Researched cyber stalking and other issues related to technology in the Title IX realm

-Created a guide to bill writing to make the legislative process simpler for representatives-Attended all congressional General Assembly meetings to stay up to date on issues being discussed in Congress-Learned the basics of parliamentary procedure and Robert's Rules of Order
