The Harvard Mediation Program (HMP) is a student-led organization at Harvard Law School with a dual mission: education and community service.Completed HMP’s Basic Mediation Training. Each Basic Training offers new trainees more than 30 hours of instruction including mediation skills augmented by mediation theory and plenty of hands-on experience through role-playing. HMP’s Basic Training meets the requirements of Massachusetts law, which allows mediators to practice in Massachusetts’ courts with the protection of statutory confidentiality. The Recording Artists Project is a Student Practice Organization (SPO) operating under the oversight of Faculty Advisor and Managing Attorney Professor Brian Price, which serves musicians and other entertainment clients throughout the Boston area. The Project offers law students at Harvard Law School the opportunity to do sophisticated, hands-on legal work for clients under the supervision of an experienced attorney.

Part of Operations Ready to Margin: Agreement Management & Client Channel Management teams, which are broadly responsible for establishing relationships with clients upon the execution of derivative trading agreements to enable a regulatory compliant exchange of margin in-line with client expectations and industry market rules. -Help digitize trading agreements documents owned by RTM, including ISDA CSAs and other trading agreement document amendments. -Set up standard settlement instructions for margin and interest payments, to allow for regulatory compliant exchange of margin. -Created checklist for collateral managers to use when request standard settlement instruction set up. -Helped investigate and categorize where improvements need to be made in e-task workflow system for standard settlement instructions. -Investigate and help work to remediate trade breaks.

Elihu Initiative, a think tank at the intersection of the Jewish and American intellectual traditions under the umbrella of Yale’s Hillel-Slifka Center, is designed as a platform for new intellectual leadership projects that explore what Jewish values, history, and tradition bring to bear on two categories of topics: 1) Major social policy issues of our time and 2) The future of the Jewish community -Work in tandem with the Howard M.
