Working with passionate people, who are more like family, makes me look forward to coming into work everyday! I'm currently a Systems Engineer that manages the day to day operations of a data center. I work with VMware and AWS in creating and maintaining our virtual environment as well as maintaining our physical servers and storage. I handle a myriad of systems such as O365 for mail, Azure, SharePoint and Citrix for internal as well as client facing users.I formerly handled purchase requisitions for multiple IT sectors in our organization, tracking when hardware and software purchases are made and following up with renewals of support and maintenance. I also managed internet connectivity for a few of our largest clients including organizing the installation and day to day troubleshooting of those circuits. I managed smaller team projects as organization is my specialty.I have been in the healthcare field for 15 years the last 10 of them being in IT. I have learned a great deal from my team moving up from Corporate Staff Assistant and Credentialing Specialist to Reimbursement Specialist to Jr. Systems Administrator and now Systems Engineer.I love being able to help keep my team organized by creating process documentation and creating processes to help streamline our work.
