My name is Abby Fulton and I am a returning student at Washburn University after doing non-profit work with a local ballet company here in Topeka, Ballet Midwest, for several years along with volunteering and working on various political campaigns both locally and nationally. I served for four years as the social media chair and the fundraising chair on the executive committee for Ballet Midwest and worked to boost and improve the company's online presence. During that time I also worked with Laura Kelly on her Senate campaign in 2016 and then continued to volunteer for several campaigns throughout the 2020 election season. I am currently a history major minoring in political science at Washburn University with the intention of pursuing law school after graduation. In my spare time, I love photography and have had many opportunities to work with local dancers for various events and promotions for upcoming shows, including marketing and advertising for Ballet Midwest. I look forward to continuing my academic pursuits and engaging with the local arts scene here in Topeka in as many ways as possible!
