About Abby Janssen, Lcsw, Emdr Consultant, Bsp-Trained

I am a licensed clinical social worker in a large behavioral health clinic specializing in trauma, EMDR, and Brainspotting. I'm also an extern supervisor to new graduate students at our clinic.In addition to my clinical work, I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and an EMDR facilitator with The EMDR Institute. In 2024, I started Janssen EMDR LLC to provide consultation and supervision to other clinicians wishing to grow their EMDR practice. I am passionate about helping others see the transformative benefits of EMDR.Prior to becoming an LCSW, I worked in senior living, first in marketing and then as an administrator for a highly successful RCAC. It was my love for helping families that led me to further my education.
