- Plans, develops, and produces creative, high-quality and cost-effective communications for internal and external audiences using multiple media and tools.- Advises the director and SolarSPELL staff, and other decision makers on effective marketing communications and public relations matters.- Participates in strategic communications planning for SolarSPELL projects and initiatives.- Serves as the Project Manager, writer, and editor for publications, blog posts, brochures, e-newsletters, web content, and press releases and annual reports. I developed communications strategies around KER activities, programs & events and coordinated local media coverage. I also produced written, video, graphic & photography content for events, digital & print products (e.g. annual reports, posters, press releases).

In this role, I oversaw website redevelopment and also managed production, wrote copy, oversaw design & took photographs for print communication products.

As an EAFS volunteer in Togo, I worked collaboratively with community partners and fellow Volunteers to improve local food security and environmental awareness through capacity building activities. I also worked on the cross-sectoral goals of malaria prevention and gender equity. My projects included reforestation with a gardening cooperative, an infant nutrition program, and food production & conservation trainings. At a national level, I organized event logistics, led strategic planning efforts, and managed the grant for an environmental camp targeted at middle school students. I also produced short films and photographs for the Media Team to educate Americans about Togolese culture and Peace Corps service.

As Management Intern, I was responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of programs that promote student involvement in Changemaker Central in the areas of service, storytelling, entrepreneurship and high impact careers. Programmatically, I worked closely with our student storytelling team and alternative spring break team to oversee the Ignite @ ASU storytelling event and our annual spring break service trip. I also supervised day to day operations, including the student employment program, and I was responsible for student development and program delivery.

Reported on research supported by the institute; maintained the institute's conference database and Facebook page; and designed flyers, drafted press releases and took staff photos as needed.

Taught lessons, led discussions and planned service projects for two high school classes in addition to living in the dorms and acting as both an RA and camp counselor.

Supervised children ages 6-15 and ran numerous learning stations and activities.

Assisted patrons in person and over the phone; prepared new inventory for the shelves; and organized library materials.
