• The most recent telephone calling campaign I led in December 2016 broke all previous telephone fundraising records for UCL. • I managed a team that recruited more donors than ever before in a single six-week campaign, and raised the highest total revenue in more than 10 years. • Responsible for one-fifth of the shifts over the six-week calling period.
