I was the lead special education teacher in a classroom for elementary students with emotionalbehavior disabilities. I created lesson plans in all academic areas to meet the needs of my students as well as supported students in their general education classrooms for those that were mainstreaming. I implemented and created Individual Education Plans (IEPs), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for all of my students. I met regularly with parents to create a home-school connection. I collaborated with the general education teachers on a daily basis
