My responsibilities as an Control/Automation Engineer included managing new automation projects and ensuring timely completion, programming Bosch PLCs, programming safety PLCs. My daily responsibilities included troubleshooting programming and robot errors, maintaining welding robots and their programming and working with automation technicians to keep robotic weld cells running efficiently.

My internship as a manufacturing engineer gave me a different view of the manufacturing process. Through the internship I gained experience in a variety of areas. Projects I was assigned included revising cell layouts to increase productivity, customer service questions on products and customer concerns, creating test samples, creating work instructions, and monitoring quality of supplied products, as well as other responsibilities. I was able to take what I had learned hands on as a technician and the engineering principles that I learned through my college education to solve a wide range of problems that often arise in a manufacturing plant.

I will be entering my seventh season as a junior varsity coach and varsity assistant coach. My responsibilities include overseeing the development of the JV basketball team and assisting in the development of the varsity team, providing leadership, evaluating individual and team performances, and assisting in planning and monitoring varsity and junior varsity combined practices. Additionally I am key part of creating a motivating and respectful environment in which the student athletes can grow to become better athletes and people.

I worked as a temporary technician during the summers of 2012, 2013, and 2014 while on break from school. My main responsibilities were assembling and packaging product. It was a very fast paced work environment that required hard work and attention to detail.
