Here at MCTV, I work with a team of marketers to communicate the MCTV brand to all internal and external channels. I design all advertisements for email marketing, newspaper, direct mail, billboards and community sponsorship advertising. I manage all social media platforms, network promotions, cross channel promotions and all community events. I design and maintain all brochures and customer facing materials.I also communicate the brand internally through a monthly newsletter and develop internal campaigns to drive company goals. I work closely with the call center/sales team to develop customer promotions and code them into the billing system.

I provided my team with orientation and training, counseling and coaching, and on-the-job support to my team of about 50 team members, ensure great service by interacting with guests, drive profitable sales and maintain budget controls, recruit, select and develop and retail talented team members, and act as leader on duty responding to guest and team member concerns, as well as opening and closing the store and ensuring all Target property and personnel were secure.

Work with a team of marketers to communicate Ohio State, Office of Student Life brand for more than 18 program and service areas; Graphics are broadcasted through the web, digital signage, fliers, and apparel; Required to follow a series of branding guidelines; Assist in social media management, which includes Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

At Savage Tan I was responsible for running social media promotions, serving all customers, and cleaning the salon. I was also a key holder.

At Eckinger Construction I redesigned the website content, controlled the phone lines, and assisted sales representatives and walk-in customers.
