As a corporate travel agent with Tandem I look after a portfolio of large – medium businesses where I managed all their travel needs. I specialise in complex long haul and group travel bookings assisting with and not limited to visa applications, car hire and accommodation. I have built a strong rapport with my frequent travellers and get along with easily with everyone from the personal assistant through to the CEO. I also look after professional sporting teams and groups that requires meticulous planning, a high level of attention to detail and organisation skills. I use my sales expertise and previous retail travel experience to look at up selling at every opportunity and draw on my initiative and creativity skills to solve problems faced with limited budgets on travel. I worked in the busy Cashel St branch understanding customers travel needs, planning and selling suitable solutions to them while ensuring customer service was of a high standard and being ready and willing to go the extra mile. Dealt with customers face to face, over the phone and online from all countries of all ages. Was responsible for ensuring passengers travelled with correct documents and visas. Worked towards team and individual sales targets each month, and pushed for personal best results which needed excellent time management and organisation skills.

I dealt with multi cultural and diverse customer’s loan queries and issues from all over Britain whilst providing a high level of customer service. Collected debt weekly via inbound, outbound calls and emails from 200-250 customer’s on my individual ledger, while meeting personal goals. Dealt with debt management and insurance companies, solicitors, police, car yards and compounds to resolve customer issues, which enhanced my communication skills and developed my ability to cooperate and collaborate with third parties.

I collected debt, negotiated payment arrangements and resolved account disputes with business and residential customers all over New Zealand. Persuasive communication was required to collect debt whilst retaining the customer to the network. I also managed the 'return to sender' mail team of 7 employees. This gave me the skills to prioritise and plan effectively and become an effective target achiever who works well under pressure. In addition, I was the treasurer of the social club and helped plan and organise events.
