Recruiting Part:➢ Independently Responsible for contractor and intern hiring;➢ Optimize recruiting process, employee referral policy, relocation program;➢ Contact with external recruiting vendors, update positions to them weekly, keep track on their performance, renew contract timely;➢ Search candidates through Linked-in and make cold calls, positions include Unity3D, PHP, Ruby Engineer, Game Designer, Product Manager, Project Manager, QA, IT, 2D/3D Artist;➢ Responsible for all recruiting report weekly/monthly/yearly;➢ Assist expat with work permit application;➢ Responsible for background check for candidates;➢ Deal with recruiting related payment process;➢ Contribute to special projects as needed, such as interview training, headhunters’ meeting;➢ Submit new hire offer proposal to finance, make and send offer.➢ Post job description on multiple job channels;➢ Collect and pre-screen candidates’ resumes from all sources;➢ Work directly with candidate, recruiter and hiring manager to schedule test, onsite interview and phone screen according to their schedule, in some cases arrange travel for candidates;➢ Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure positive candidate experience;➢ Organize post-interview debrief meeting for all the interviewers;➢ Track and update candidates activities in recruiting system;➢ Provide feedback to candidates and headhunters on recruiting status;Misc. Part:➢ Update sick and annual leave records;➢ Assist employees with Beijing Residence Permit application;➢ Prepare new hire paperwork for HR;➢ Routine HR duties, including filing, scanning, paperwork.
