As a third-year real estate major at the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver, I am driven by a passion for creating value in the commercial real estate sector through financial analysis, communication and strategic decision-making. I thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration and data-driven insights fuel growth and innovation.Currently, I am gaining invaluable experience through my participation in Project Destined’s Signature Commercial Real Estate Internship Program. In this role, I work with a team to evaluate live real estate deals, conduct multifamily property analysis, and prepare slide deck presentations for case competitions. Through biweekly meetings, mentorship, and guidance from industry professionals at CBRE, I am developing skills in property valuations, market analysis, financial modeling, and team collaboration—insights that directly align with my long-term career goals.My hands-on experience also includes working with the Westminster Community Foundation, where I assist in raising funds for local non-profits, and serving as an officer of the DU Sales Team, leading initiatives to boost team performance in competitive sales scenarios. Additionally, my role as chapter president of DECA refined my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially during challenging transitions.My professional interests center around commercial brokerage, commercial real estate, as well as real estate investing and banking. I am particularly drawn to roles that allow me to work directly with clients, conduct financial analysis, and support large-scale projects that drive market growth and development.I am committed to making a meaningful impact, whether by delivering value to clients, contributing to a team, or supporting the community.
