After working in media for the first 10 years of my career I found although the organization and role might change, my focus on the client and setting and exceeding customer expectations, did not. Now in the second phase of my career I have maintained that client focus but have broadened my industry experience, whether its Media, Banking, Recruitment or Safety the client and great a great customer experience is still my primary focus.
