Each month, I send out the annual and 90 day reviews that would be due over the next two months. Once I receive them, they were cleared in PeopleSoft. Next, the employees merit letter was generated and the increase was submitted to payroll. I also worked with our managers on internal promotions and transfers. When going through the internal promotion process, I coordinated with all parties involved and extend the offer to the employee. I assisted with planning and coordinating employee events, such as, our yearly Employee Appreciation Event, Town Hall Meeting, and campaigning for United Way.
