I led and assisted in the execution of all programming (18+ events) to support sexual violence survivors in healing through art, to educate the public, and to ensure the success of all events. I oversaw the Art Committee of 25 dedicated volunteers and maintained communication and relationships with all the artists we worked with. I additionally designed all exhibit booklets and magazine issues to create accessible and polished content that maintained brand consistency.

I provided excellent customer service and created social media content / marketing strategies with business owner to maintain consistent branding and to convert customers. I assisted in merchandise buying to keep the store on-trend and to appeal to our target customer.

I conducted assessments, intakes, and trauma therapy for youth ages 4+ for exposure to domestic violence. I provided DV shelter coverage, included answering 24-hour crisis line and engaging in crisis intervention.

I conducted assessments, intakes, and individual trauma therapy for clients ages 14+ for sexual assault/abuse. I additionally developed and facilitated an 8-week group to help adult sexual assault survivors foster support and connections. I completed 52 hours of training as mandated by the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

I planned and executed 10 public events and 4x/month internal events including program development, marketing, day-of coordination, and all internal and external communication. I wrote all primary internal and external communication for the company, including weekly member-only newsletters, monthly public newsletters, email marketing, and 36 blog posts. I provided ad hoc assistance with project management, social media, additional program development, member support, employee training, technical troubleshooting, strategic planning and expansion to second location, management of Brand Standards, and sales.

I updated and implemented violence prevention education programming for 1,770 first-year students and oversaw the implementation of second-year student programming. I conducted a large-scale evaluation of an existing first-year education program to analyze data of approximately 1,300 students' experiences. I additionally served as the Graduate Student Advisor for the student-run crisis helpline, S.A.R.A.H. (Sexual Assault and Rape Anonymous Helpline).

I developed and facilitated therapeutic groups and provided wrap-around case management for up to 11 residents with histories of commercial sexual exploitation & substance use. I engaged in trauma-informed and community-based practices utilizing a Relational Cultural lens with all clients. I additionally represented the agency at monthly meetings with the Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation and at the Thistle Farms National Conference (TN, June 2017).

I empowered clients to develop skills in volunteer management, computer literacy, and professional development through work at the agency's social enterprise (Bravely).

I assisted in daily operations of the residential program, including attending, observing, and facilitating weekly groups with Program Director and reinforcing concept of communication with clients.

I managed information desks at Washington University's Danforth University Center (DUC), which included general administrative work and office management.

I assisted in editing fact sheets, handouts, templates, and a webinar structure (13 total resources) for a comprehensive toolkit to educate providers on the intersection of HIV/AIDS and domestic violence.
