-Oversee our Client Retention Department, focusing on retaining clients transferred between Sales Professionals within the first year of transfer.

• Coordinated classes, workshops, and programs to aid student leaders teaching the “Peer Leader Training Course” to successfully facilitate a classroom and increase their professional and technical development.• Developed and facilitated training programs for over 100 students in 3 different programs.• Ran all social media accounts including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Increased total followers by 3,000 over a one-year period. Averaged 90,000 Twitter impressions per month. Worked directly with the Director of Student Success Programs to implement a re-vamped Common Reading program and Learning Series.• Planned and coordinated two Golden Ambassador Literary Award Luncheons in 2018, which included analyzing over 4,000 First Year Students’ Common Reading Essays, choosing 100 winners, and creating a luncheon for the winners, Provost, Dean of Students, and Dean of University College.• Recruited, hired, and maintained the 10 members of Freshman Advisory Council, 44 Peer Leader Trainers, 22 Welcome Crew Leaders and 40 Flashguides as an advisor in both the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 academic years.• Coordinated “Confessions of a Golden Flash”, a learning series program to provide storytelling skills to upperclassmen and relatable experiences to first year students.• Organized A.L.I.C.E. Active Shooter Training as a mandatory training experience for all 4,300 first year students.
