During my several years of experience as a medical assistant I have learned volumes of knowledge as well as how to navigate patient care. Making a patient feel heard & understood is always something I prioritize while also providing them the best care under the supervision & direction of the provider. I am passionate about talking with patients instead of talking at them because I want a patient to leave without questions about their diagnoses, medications, or treatment plan. My goal is to provide superb patient care while also being efficient & executing the other parts of my role with proficiently. Regardless of the knowledge I have, I will always believe that there is more to be learned & will continue to ask questions so that I can gain a further understanding of what we we do and why we do it. I love to learn & I love knowing the “why” behind everything. I believe this helps me grow not only as a person, but also as a health care worker so that I can provide the best patient care possible. It is my passion and experience that has made me who I am today; I truly believe that as long as we are making choices to actively better ourselves, that we will always learn, grow, and create a new “best version” of ourselves daily. Dependability, ingenuity, resilience, & compassion are the traits that encompass who I am & describe why this field is a perfect fit for me.
