I excel at special projects. Business teams often don’t have time to focus on problems. Technology teams may not have the capacity for smaller data issues. I fill the gap through collaboration with business teams and root cause analysis. I provide instruction to the technology team for data issue resolution.I have experience analyzing and defining business requirements. My expertise in requirement gathering and team communication for multiple clients allows me to successfully lead projects.Recently, I worked with a client where the data on our two systems was not inconsistent. Through root cause analysis we discovered a combination of historic and current issues, some on our side and some on their side. It is imperative to keep an open line of communication and be honest when issues are found. My key strengths are my critical thinking, my ability to analyze business problems, and identify and explain effective solutions. I have conducted comprehensive requirement analysis, collaborating to gather detailed business needs and translating them into technical specifications. I am capable of seeing an assignment from multiple viewpoints and can adjust to others’ communication styles in a professional and diplomatic manner. I am adept at facilitating working sessions, conducting interviews, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.I am extremely thorough in my approach to my work. I have been described as a ‘dog with a bone’ with respect to my enthusiasm to seeing a task done to completion. I am not hesitant to ask for help if I need it. I feel it is important to give ample notice if a task may not be completed on time so that appropriate adjustments can be made.I work effectively in a remote environment; I have the self-motivation and discipline to maintain high productivity and foster strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, regardless of location or time zone. I have successfully managed and delivered projects remotely, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
