I prepared and duplicated company reports and documents. I organized the President and Partner’s calendars, and scheduled their trips. I tracked inventory and provided customer support.

I assisted in planning/executing the 2016 State Finals Rodeo. I also do administrative work for the THSRA Marketing and PR Director, Holly Delaune. My administrative work includes, but is not limited to, Quickbooks entry and invoicing, scheduling notices, and updating their website.

I scheduled estimates, installations, quoted jobs and received payments. I ordered products, processed new inventory, and input data into Quickbooks. I took care of customer Service/client relationship management.

I planned/executed the 2015 SEC Equestrian Championship. I was responsible for travel arrangements, schedules, facility map, managed volunteers, and attended monthly pre-event meetings. I worked closely with marketing, facilities, and game day management. I planned the 2015 Equestrian Banquet (designed invitation and centerpieces, arranged supplies, managed RSVPs).

I assisted in planning and executing their fundraising event, Mane Event. Daily organized the copy room, supply room, and office. I was actively involved in competition day preparation and implementation. I performed daily clerical tasks asked of from superiors.

I worked in many departments including event planning, marketing, fundraising, and corporate partnerships. I did secretarial work, which included by not limited to preparing invoices, retaining event reservations, making fundraising phone calls. I also was actively involved in game day implementation of projects – corporate sponsor liaison. Oversaw the implementation of corporate sponsor game day activities the promotions team put on.

I worked in game day preparation, customer service, sales and merchandising, marketing and promotions, and community outreach.
