I supported numerous parts of the business in this role including:- Chief Sustainability Office- Regional Affairs- Small business- Belong mobile- Telstra Air- Telstra Home products- Customer Experience- Telstra DigitalResponsibilities included- Developing and leading integrated communication strategies to launch new products and services and celebrate key company milestones across traditional media, social and employee engagement platforms. - Collaborating with the Chief Marketing Office, product teams, agency partners, and corporate affairs colleagues to build through the line campaigns that deliver against our company strategy.- Working closely with Telstra executives, product, regulatory, legal, corporate affairs and go to market teams to influence and manage complex issues spanning price changes, customer migrations and product exits. - With a strong desire to put social media at the forefront of my campaigns, I worked very closely with Telstra's in house team to create engaging and inspiring content for product launches, corporate announcements and ‘always on’ strategies. - Developing communication strategies to increase employee advocacy and bring the ‘Why Telstra’ story to the forefront through a number of platforms including enterprise social network platform Yammer.

My key priority was to develop and execute campaigns in partnership with Telstra’s Chief Marketing Office, agency partners and external partners to leverage AFL, NRL, Netball, The Australian Ballet, NATSIAA and other sponsorships to improve customer advocacy and brand consideration, particularly at a regional/community level. I worked as an extension of the CMO team from campaign inception to delivery to evaluation to ensure campaign ideas were newsworthy and would resonate with internal and external audiences.I also ran an advertorial program as part of Telstra’s NBN PR team which included managing the development, placement and funding of print and radio advertorials in regional areas across the country.
