Thanks to amazing mentors, I’ve learned how design and strategy come together, how vital it is to aid in your clients’ success, and how to design a landing page that sells more.2.) I have a background in both finance and design.• I’ve worked in the financial industry for several years and enjoy using spreadsheets to organize my life.• Meanwhile, I’ve been using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator since 2009. During the financial crisis, I was still a student and was looking for a way to help my mother financially. That’s when I started to sell illustrations, created logos and joined print-on-demand websites.3.) I enjoy solving problems with design and systems. If a process can be simplified, I’d love to have a hand in that. • That’s why I love designing websites more than anything else. When I started to shop online, I realized it wasn’t always easy. I sometimes didn’t understand what the seller was exactly offering, or how to contact the seller; or worst of all, what should I click to make a purchase. • I always aim to design websites that will give users an effortless experience. There are so many small- to medium-sized businesses worldwide who offer incredible products/services but have not-so-great websites.
