My work at The White Agency was focused on analytics and digital strategy, forging the early foundations of online acquisition and marketing for brands including The Commonwealth Bank, Lexus, Warner Bros, Teva Shoes, The North Face, Smiggle, The Australian Indigenous Education Foundation, Harvey Norman and Dettol.Responsibilities• Develop and present strategy for site redevelopments, microsites, mobile applications, social media and display media campaigns.• Collaborate with creative staff to develop digital ideas at both a conceptual and executional level.• Monitor project development through to completion to ensure alignment with the strategic approach. • Develop and present digital strategy for new business pitches. • Manage analytics for all agency clients, primarily The Commonwealth Bank (analysis of websites, campaign micro-sites, mobile applications and a virtual world).• Conduct in-depth consumer, competitive and interaction research to build insight and drive strategy development. This involves both desk research and use of a variety of tools including Neilsen Panorama, eMarketer, Omniture, eMarketer, Forrester Research, Visible Technologies TruPulse, Google Analytics, YouTube Insight, Facebook Insight and MediaMind.• Supervise analytics team in delivering regular campaign and site reports.

• Redevelop the organisation’s internal communications strategy.• Coordinate internal communications for a workforce of more than 1300 disability support workers across Queensland. • Develop communication development process guides.• Write communications material on behalf of the Executive Director.• Edit and proofread material written by others for internal communication.• Liase with graphic designers, communication officers and other corporate services stakeholders under tight deadlines.• Research, write and proofread parliamentary estimates briefs.
