I have been the Account Representative on the Walmart account at Readerlink since June 2019. My day to day duties cover multiple aspects of our business and have grown over time, allowing me to be a well rounded member of our team.My first task is to communicate with merchandising teams in the field to ensure placement of our product is being done efficiently and within our guidelines. This is done via service instructions and weekly emails and calls where this information is discussed in depth.I also spend time working with the Walmart buying team to make sure individual titles are set up in Walmart's system while also maintaining already existing items (pricing, category, etc.).Finally, my third focus is on creating promotions in our internal database so our distribution centers can build and send product either in bulk or within a display. Largely, promotions are done for seasonal displays and changeouts but are often done for non seasonal periods throughout the year.

Epsilon has provided with strong experience in the marketing field. Not only did catch a glimpse at the creative side but I have seen what goes into a sale for our Direct Mail campaigns. I have worn a number of hats on my team, most recently as an Account Coordinator. Generally my responsibilities have included: Processing direct mail orders: working with data and proofing marketing content Communicating with sales reps about data and edits for orders Daily use of Salesforce, internal databases, and Microsoft Office

3 month internship As a back office intern in a staffing firm I wore multiple hats. Not only did I take part in typical everyday office work, but much of my time was spent interacting with clients and consultants to direct them to the correct recruiters and/or managers. This required me to maintain a sense of urgency so that I am always knowing who is where and when. Daily, I kept the office neat and organized, fielded calls from consultants and clients, and maintained and updated databases/lists. I also took part in the process of payroll by keeping track of time sheets and updating invoices.

As an associate at World Market, our most important job was to maintain a friendly and organized environment to ensure customer retention as well as loyalty. I worked both at the register and the floor. My tasks included stocking, customer service, and selling our explorer program to our customers.

As an intern with Aflac I was lucky to have had the same hands on experience as any of the new associates. This sales position allowed me to grow my skills further beyond marketing. I had the opportunity to work one on one with clients, gain knowledge of the insurance industry, and understand customer relations on a level I have never experienced. In the almost three months that I worked with with Aflac I opened up groups and gained a new found respect for sales and the insurance industry.

Ace gave me the opportunity to be a resource for the community. Not only did I ring up purchases, answer the phones and sell our rewards card, I also took the time to talk with customers and give them a pleasant experience while solving any issues that came up in a patient and controlled manner. I also helped fill the role of a floor worker, when needed, to take inventory, stock new inventory, and put away returns. There were also some instances when I would help in the office to make promotional stickers and enter data into the computer to change prices and/or add stock numbers.
