Food & Beverage Assistant: -Maintain and update budget spreadsheets for monthly food and beverage sales. -Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with vendors and clients. -Responsible for internal communication of specific event details between Food and Beverage Department, Kitchen, and Maintenance Accounting Duties: -Prepares and processes invoices, statements and end of month spreadsheets and other documents using word processing, excel and other forms of software. -Limited Accounts Payable: inputs invoices for payment and aids in vendor inquiries of past due payments. -Read and analyze incoming quotes and proposals to determine their significance and plan of budgeting. -Knowledge and understanding of payroll processing and concepts to be used as an alternative when managers are absent. -Assists the Payroll manager in weekly and monthly payroll expenses, timeclock discrepancies and employee department changes using ADP -Responsible for submitting PTO for Front of house and Back of house employees from several departments.
