I have been an integral part of the Executive Management team that revenue has grown from $1 Million to $12 Million over the last 8 years from organic growth. I started as sales representative, but as revenue was increasing at a rapid pace, there arose a need on the operations side of the business. As a team player, I accepted the challenge to recruit, develop, and manage teams for the IT, Human Resources, Billing and Collections, and Finance Departments. I gained an extensive knowledge of Managed Care, Private Insurance, Government Sponsored Programs, Illinois Medicaid and MMAI Demonstrations programs through negotiating contracts and overseeing the day to day operations of these programs.I worked with each team to identify areas they could make the business as a whole more efficient. The most significant change was made was the implementation of a new Electronic Medical Records System that integrated with our clinician Point of Care documentation, billing, medical supplies, payroll and remote telemonitoring system. The teamwork of all departments was essential and effective as administrative cost remained flat despite a 25% increase in revenue one year after implementation was completed. This was accomplished through optimization of the system, utilizing workflows and developing SQL reports for middle management to hold staff accountable.

I collaborated with our sales representatives to maintain relationships with their top revenue generating accounts. I used analytics to review customer’s buying habits to identify potential opportunities to decrease their cost while increasing Regency’s profitability.

Developed new business in the Northwest suburbs and Loop territories by generating leads through cold calling. The Northwest suburban territory went from $0 to $27K in monthly revenue within 5 months to establish the company’s new monthly quota.
