Contracted part-time to create communications processes for school district to disseminate information and engage parents. Led school district rebranding project. Managed grant process, including sending out requests for proposals, due diligence and financial analysis, organizing and presenting grant applications to committee, data input, informing successful candidates, disbursing funds and organizing site visits. Responsible for all aspects of grant database (Integrated Foundation Management System - FIMS) in order to award grants to nonprofits, track revenue and expenses and support donor advised funds. • Created scalable grant management process to increase capacity for additional grants, programs and donor advised funds.• Strengthened grant application process, due diligence and financial analysis, creating a more accountable and transparent grant process.

Oversaw all fundraising activities, including special events, direct mail marketing and social media campaigns and managed all information and data systems, processed all invoices, deposits and tax acknowledgements.
