Managed a team of 35 Berry Admission Ambassadors, training them in basic office tasks and how to give tours of campus. Ambassador responsibilities for Berry College Office of Admission includes communicating with prospective students and families to answer questions regarding the college application process; scheduling campus visits, leading many group tours, and completing targeted follow up throughout the admissions cycle. As well as providing office support to eight admissions counselors by preparing travel materials and completing daily follow up with inquiries, resulting in a 10% increase in deposits.

Created and implemented, with a faculty member, the curriculum for a First-Year Seminar course aimed to support 17 first-year students pursuing degrees in Communication or Political Science with an easy and successful transition to college life.

Served families walking through childhood cancer on restful retreats. Captured upwards of 2,000 photos and videos a week, both for families’ enjoyment and Lighthouse’s marketing materials. Created social media materials, such as reels and stories. Communicated marketing needs with a team of 15 people at the Atlanta office while working on-site.

I worked after school and on the weekends all through high school and during breaks from college, starting as a hostess, then moving to a cashier, and finally working on the PR team, regularly communicating with customers on how to improve their dining experience.
