I entered the world of Insurance in an entry level position acquiring the skills of sorting mail, filing documents, handling and applying various payments to client's policies, and switchboard relief. Over the years, I achieved my CIP designation and also promoted to Personal Lines Underwriter. As a Personal Lines Underwriter, I analyzed risk in a detailed.

I acquired the skill to accurately handle cash transactions while providing friendly and professional customer service to ensure repeat business. I managed customers' questions and concerns in a sincere and respectful manner. I managed inventory to facilitate smooth and uninterrupted food service and also maintained a clean and pleasant environment.

As a term position (Tax season), I worked in a team office environment to sort, organize, prepare and file income tax return to be reviewed by another department.
