Current• Delivers analytical and technical support to 12 client partners across the United States by analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making.• Creates, prepares, and analyzes reports for client management review, and presents findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.• Facilitates strategic conference calls with clients and partners to discuss open case reports, address training needs, manage complex account customizations, and resolve escalated issues.• Acts as a subject matter expert for Waystar's Claims Status Processing Solution.• Provides analytical support across multiple projects concurrently, manages timelines, and coordinates with both internal and external resources to ensure successful execution.• Identifies opportunities to optimize the use of Claims Solutions by strategic clients and partners, providing consultative guidance on Waystar’s best practices to drive improved outcomes.• Cultivates lasting, trust-based relationships with clients and partners by promoting transparency and maintaining open, ongoing communication.
