- Manage 3 crews of two people for Spring, Summer and Fall seasons to perform full scale maintenance duties on 65+ residential properties across Colorado Springs- Sell and oversee residential enhancements, leading clients to utilize their outdoor spaces to the fullest extent- Sell Christmas/Holiday lighting for all of residential clientele for Timberline, bringing in over $150k in 2 months- Sold over half a million of projects and work in the first year of employment - Building and fostering relationships with over 135 clients across the board, keeping in constant communication and growing with the seasons

- Lead the grounds color landscape crew in all maintenance and planting duties- Run the greenhouse in an efficient manner, producing thousands of healthy, viable plants to be used around the 5 star property- Create an effective pesticide rotation in order to control and eliminate any disease and pest issues- Collaborate with vendors in order to find the perfect product for our project- Communicate with other departments in order to create a memorable experience for all guests and VIP’s- Aide in snow removal and preparation.

-Welcome guests and ensure they received quality attention and service-Study and memorize popular and obscure cocktail recipes, menu items and lists of beer/wine quarterly in order to make specific recommendations to guests -Maintain a clean bar area by constantly adhering to company standards and by keeping the freshest ingredients on hand-Coordinate with the Restaurant team to ensure a safe environment by regulating alcohol consumption and de-escalating conflict-Hone interpersonal and managerial skills by creating an inviting environment for guests and upper level management

-Coordinate large transactions between Garden Center and landscaping professionals on a weekly basis -Manage and run the tree, shrub and perennial courtyard, generating $10,000's of dollars in revenue -Maintain healthy standards for landscape plants and environmental amendments-Consult with clients on their ideal landscape design and partnered with them to meet their budget goals and use their space to the best of its ability-Unload semi-truck shipments multiple times a week on a tight schedule to comply with company and customer needs

-Perform maintenance duties daily in order to fully prepare for the 2021 PGA Match event between Phil Mickelson, Bryson DeChambeau, Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers, to then be viewed by over 6 million people on TV-Use the knowledge I gained from my academics and applied all of my relevant course work to maintain a monoculture of cool season turf at a professional level -Calculate herbicide and pesticide rates at of up to 350 gallons to spray chemicals twice a week as a commercial applicator-Manage crews of up to 8 people, supervise their daily assigned tasks and assist with those tasks where needed
