Abby is a public relations specialist with robust experience in life science communications. She has worked with clients across the biotech and biopharma life cycle, from companies conducting early stage clinical research to those marketing multiple approved products globally.With expertise in strategic planning across corporate and product communications, Abby’s experience includes message and narrative development; scientific and data communications; disease awareness efforts; FDA approval and launch planning; corporate and executive visibility; paid, earned, social and owned media; and relationship building across stakeholders. Abby has partnered with companies spanning therapeutic areas – rare genetic diseases, neurology & psychiatry, dermatology, immunology and pediatrics – as well as with medical device and consumer product companies. She is passionate about translating complex science for a variety of audiences.Prior to W2O, Abby worked at Spectrum Science Communications, where she focused on scientific credentialing among healthcare professionals. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, with a focus in public relations, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
