I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with six years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. My experience to date has included direct implementation of discrete trial training and naturalistic teaching procedures, conducting behavioral skills training to ensure staff competency, administering skills assessments, and writing treatment and intervention plans. I am passionate about cultural competence and the dissemination of behavior analytic knowledge, particularly in the context of collaboration with other professionals. While my work thus far has been concentrated in early intervention for children on the autism spectrum, I am eager to generalize my skills with new populations.
