An empathetic people leader with 10 years in SaaS. Currently, leading a diverse and talented team that builds products and processes for HubSpot’s Solution Partners and operational stakeholders. Previously led teams and product initiatives that improve sales rep efficiency, lead assignment, and GTM data hygiene. My love of tech, people, and customers began in graduate school. I was pursuing a Master in Public Health and working at Apple Retail first as a sales rep and then later as a tech admin. This was a pivot away from medical school and instead going into the private sector. APS, a healthcare LMS system based in Boston, hired me to manage clients on the US west coast. HubSpot’s company culture attracted me and I transitioned into SaaS becoming a Customer Success Manager. As a CSM I grew to understand SaaS economics, churn, and the art of customer retention. After 3 years my desire to improve HubSpot’s GTM systems and processes grew and attracted me to the Business Systems Analyst role. As a BSA I served GTM reps – marketing and sales reps. With exponential growth came a need to share my knowledge and I could impart my 8 years of HubSpot learnings to my team bringing me to Systems Lead and Business Systems Manager of Partner Product Group.Outside of work you can find me sailing on Boston Harbor, seeking out new restaurants, or playing tennis.
