Currently in this roll I oversee Client Services which handles student/family/campus partner/community contacts on financial aid assistance, questions, financial literacy and outreach events.

Taking on new duties coordinating students' financial aid with funds from their tribe or native nation, working with donors to award students, processing scholarship donor checks and supervising area staff, advising students on scholarship requirements, adjusting financial aid packages according to federal and institutional policy, awarding, tracking, and budgeting for scholarship funds as well as selecting students are a few key duties among a massive list of my ever-growing current responsibilities.

Processed departmental and outside donor scholarship checks, assisted with data entry and academic/financial aid information finding, general office customer service and receptionist duties, as well as preparing paperwork and data for meetings.

At Mohave Community College I assisted the Disability Resource Center as a note taker, proctored exams as well as gave students Math, Reading and Writing placement tests, accepting payment, record keeping, assisting receptionists for Student Services with advising, enrollment, and financial aid questions.
