Having the opportunity to work with the worldwide leader in Consumer Environment Design, my role was not only to find highly skilled craftsman to build our custom designed products, but also the professional staff to support the company and it's booming business. idX greatly supports the local work force and provided great opportunities for advancement. The most rewarding experiences include assisting with employee appreciation events, planning and execution of Covid-19 response and providing educational tours of our facility to applicants, visiting officials, and distinguished guests. I was also granted the opportunity to lead several specialty assignments and projects for our human resources office to satisfying resolutions including internal investigations, employee relations, workers compensation, unemployment compensation, and benefit management. I love a challenge and idX was a wonderful place to grow my knowledge of the manufacturing industry including design, global distribution, procurement, engineering, project management, purchasing, warehousing, and accounting.

Proud to return to my home club and lead the team to several victories.At World Indoor Rowing Championships, we have placed 1st, 3rd, and 5th. At Youth Nationals, we have placed 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 8th in the nation. We have also earned 6 Club National Championship medals. The athletes have set countless individual and team world and national records - for fun! Many definitions of success have been achieved these past years, including most importantly, hard working rowers and a happy team. Leading our team of coaches, filled with depth, diversity of knowledge, experience and personality, was a rewarding and special opportunity. In addition to daily clinic style coaching of our Women’s and Men’s programs, I managed a team of assistant coaches and volunteers, seasonal training plans, special event planning, and team travel management. Though the program ended in 2018, my experience as head coach for this group of amazing people is a time I will continually treasure.

Pursuing active and passive candidates through varied avenues and selling the opportunity to the candidate to garner interest. Partnered with a fellow recruiter, we hired over 200 engineers to support several of GE’s businesses and projects. A large portion of my time I explored new and exciting routes of recruiting. I am motivated by navigating my way around the web to find who I need. Once candidates are found, I work hard at establishing active prospects for our positions through relationship building. Discussing company benefits and career paths is an area of excitement and intrigue for most applicants. Having great communication with hiring managers and senior administration aided me through many successes. Recruiting for one of the worlds best companies was a pleasure! While majority of my recruitment efforts supported GE Aviation engineering, I also supported sourcing for GE Finance, GE Transportation, and GE Corporate.

Aided University of Cincinnati Athletic Team Scholarship fund office in their goal to raise support and awareness for UC athletics and their athletes. My work included creation and maintenance of preferred seating charts for season ticket holders; organizing and execution of events requiring student-athlete volunteers and individual sport representatives; pledge and payment processing; membership support; and assistant to Director of UCATS program.
