I am a motivated and enthusiastic attorney who focuses on corporate transactional, intellectual property, and entertainment matters. My experience ranges from international corporations to boutique firms. I have an entrepreneurial background, so I find it meaningful to work with clients who are business owners and creators. I am confident in my capacity to write well, both as a lawyer drafting an agreement or internal communication, and as a legal/ cultural author. My greatest strength is my ability to foster a positive, open rapport with clients, vendors, and colleagues, resulting in lasting relationships, and more efficient (and, dare I say, fun!) advising.I worked while attending law school, participating in Warner Bros.' competitive fourteen-person legal internship, volunteering in my school's Business Law clinic, and working for Harpo Productions. In my most recent in-house position, I served as Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property for Lion Forge, an Oscar-winning publisher and creative services/ content creator.It is imperative for me that I'm active within my community. During my three years at Loyola, I held three leadership positions (including a national appointment to the American Bar Association), and received two honorary scholarships and a Leadership and Service recognition award. I have volunteered as an election observer, and within the St. Louis Jewish community.In sum, I am a team player who is passionate about finding creative legal solutions that allow the client/ business to grow and evolve.
