Abby Shephard is a 45 year veteran of life. She has provided for her four children, as a single parent, in the real estate industry for over 26 years; helping many people buy their first home, investors build their wealth, and assisted hundreds, if not thousands of people reach the best financial decision for their situation. This year, she moved back to Keller Williams Realty Capital Valley in an effort to better serve her clients, partnering with dynamic professionals who share similar values. I spend the majority of my time consulting other real estate professionals, investors, as well individuals considering buying or selling real estate. I was a realtor in the El Dorado County area working with a small brokerage, RE/MAX Gold and my own company. I specialized in working with investors and trustee sales.

I was responsible for the general accounting and operations for the Sacramento division of this Commerical Contractor. We were a Union drywall, tile and steel metal framing company.
