The Boston Facilitators and OD Roundtable, BFR, is a vibrant community of OD practitioners, Executive and Leadership Coaches, trainers, facilitators and Learning and Development professionals. The BFR is know for high-quality, engaging and fun programs that integrate the experience and expertise of BFR members, who generously share their knowledge with others. Programs include team emotional intelligence, conflict resolution models, experience-based leadership development and change management. We created a unique "Collaborative Coaching" program in which consultants coach Executive Directors and Health Care directors on current organizational problems. As member of Senior Leadership team, participate in generating solutions for employee engagement and talent management. Consult with directors of 20+ state agencies to identify performance gaps and learning needs, and deliver appropriate solutions, from team development to training, coaching and facilitating retreats. Create “peer consultation forum” to generate collaboration of senior leaders across agencies/siloes. Design executive leadership program and deliver “lunch and learns” to senior team. Consulted to the Director of HR on performance management and talent management: identified job competencies, revised job descriptions, identified high potentials, created New Hire Orientation and coached supervisors on giving feedback. Guided Bureau to create standards of excellence in customer service for internal departments. As a result of my working with them, the Admin team won a State Achievement Award. Helped the IT department strategize and implement new technology. Enhanced the reputation of the IT department by addressing the people-side of technology change. Managed the computer training program for staff and funded agencies.

Led a team of software developers to design a system to collect customer satisfaction feedback. Developed an implementation roll-out for the staff to call customers.
